Managing Partner

Carlos Started getting involved with business classes and after school programs, He fell in love with the concept of Sales right after getting into high school in Miami.

After leaving for collage he spent a few years trying to decide what branch of in medical filed he wanted to preseau. After hitting road block after road block he decided to go back to the first love he had in hight school. (Business)

Zechariah Jones

Managing Partner

Zechariah started his entrepreneurship at 14 going door to door raking leaves in a small town, in Washington .

He continued his journey selling home security door to door through his 20's and that led to owning his own security company at the age of 31.

He has had several achievements along the way. The one he is most proud of was being granted having the highest customer satisfaction award 5 years in a row. He dedicates his success by creating a 6-step follow-up system with his customers. "the follow up is the most important part of the transaction. Good news is great, bad news is an opportunity to make it right in an urgent way. It allows the relationship to build trust."

He's taken his ambitions to the next level and started investing in commercial real estate. Building relationships with an exceptional number of investors allows them to feel safe that their capital along side ours have minimal risk with great returns.

Cindy Patton

Managing Partner

Married 33 years with 2 great kids and a wonderful Son-in-law, we moved to Florida 1989 to raise our family. I became involved in the Boy Scout program where we grew our pack of 15 boys and 2 leaders to a program that earned us 1st place 5 years in a row with over 145 young men and 50 leaders!

As a court reporter in social security I was the Chief Judge’s top request for hearings because of my soft touch and energy I brought to each situation. My family focus soon led me to support my husband in construction by opening a construction clean-up company for my early years, and as my life progressed, and driven by love, my Grandma asked me to "Please go to medical school so you can be there for me in my later years." With that I committed to Keiser Career College night program where I earned my Medical Assisting degree with high honors and worked in medicine for 20+ years.

4 years ago my managing partner humbled me and pulled me into Tax Deed auctions where I learned about real estate. We now have owned a total of 12 properties, 2 companies and are excited for what we will be able to do with multifamily properties.

I know there is good in everything we experience and everyone we meet. My driving force is to to give back to others as I have been so blessed in my life, this is why I have a goal to stop homelessness among our military families
